Bob Chapman started documenting his leadership insight and stories on his Truly Human Leadership blog in 2012, shortly after giving his seminal TEDx talk at Scott Air Force Base. Those early writings became the backbone of his bestselling 2015 book, Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family, co-written with Raj Sisodia. Later posts would inform the 2025 revised and expanded edition. Through the years, the Truly Human Leadership blog grew to feature other thought leaders, a podcast and other multimedia content. Bob continued to write until his death in 2026. This page is an archive of all of Bob’s blog writings for continued education and inspiration.
