Several months ago, I was invited to share our vision of Truly Human Leadership at a Harvey Mackay leadership event in Aspen, Colorado.
It was an honor to spend time with Mackay, an influential and gifted speaker and businessman. Mackay’s inspirational books have sold 10 million copies and his syndicated column appears weekly in 52 newspapers across the country.
Afterward, Mackay indicated that he wanted to write about Barry-Wehmiller’s leadership model.
His column, By rewarding employees, companies reap rewards, captures the essence of our message well; I am grateful for his help in spreading it.
