Recent events call each of us to strengthen our commitment to building a more inclusive world.
Fred Falker is a voice that can help us do that.
You may remember him from last year’s TEDx Clayton event, where he introduced the Distance Paradigm – a new way of thinking about diversity and inclusion, differences, and a powerful and practical new approach to connecting with others.
Fred challenges us to see that there is nothing dividing us, one from another. All that lies between us is space and opportunity.
With more than 30 years as an organizational development consultant, Fred is the founder of Falker Consulting Group, a human resource development training and consulting firm. He is also the Director of Workforce Development for the Saint Louis Zoo, where he has worked extensively on helping the organization’s efforts to establish itself as one of the best places to work, serve and volunteer in the country.
Fred has recently partnered with Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute – our leadership consulting firm – to develop diversity and inclusion training resources.
On this episode of the Everybody Matters Podcast, Fred and Matt Whiat, Founding Partner of Chapman & Co., have an in-depth discussion about the work companies need to do to build more inclusive and collaborative cultures.
