Many times, change in Barry-Wehmiller has been born out of necessity because of the challenges of being in industrial manufacturing.

Other times, we’ve made changes because it was the right thing to do. In our leadership and company culture, we’re constantly trying to incorporate new ideas to better the lives of those within our span of care.

However, you’d be surprised at the number of organizations who are stuck in one way of thinking. They may be moving forward in some ways, but in other ways they are horribly behind, much to the detriment of their people. In his new book, The Rise of the Ambidextrous Organization, Dr. Eric Zabiegalski introduces a way of thinking to constantly learn and reassess where your company is going and why and how it is getting there.

He talks about it on this week’s episode of the Everybody Matters Podcast.
