As Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Finance and Strategy, of BW Papersystems, Marc Marlatt propels transformational change, maximizes organizational performance and advances profitability to exceed the company’s goals.
Through its 10 brands, BW Papersystems serves the corrugating and finishing, sheeting and packaging, folding carton and paperboard, and stationery and security-documents industries. Since Marc joined the organization in 2020, he has leveraged his international business insight and expertise in various functional disciplines to improve global team member productivity and processes, and enable large-scale revenue and profit expansion.
Prior to joining BW Papersystems, Marc spent nearly 20 years with HARMAN International, serving in various leadership roles across North America, Europe and Asia, and ultimately, leading one of the company’s largest business units, which supplied connectivity, electronics and audio solutions for the automotive industry. He began his career as a management consultant at Ernst & Young.
Marc has a Bachelor of Science in business from Indiana University.
