As President, BW Packaging, Rachana Creeth leads efforts to enhance the alignment and capabilities of the BW Packaging companies and brands. These companies offer a broad range of expertise—from manufacturing, packaging and material handling to process optimization, line design and integration—for the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and personal care industries, among others.
Rachana Creeth joined Barry-Wehmiller in 2017 after gaining foundational training and strong operational expertise at General Electric, Johnson & Johnson and several other organizations. Her first role was Group Vice President of Finance for BW Packaging. She was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for BW Packaging in April 2022, before further advancing to her current role of President, BW Packaging, in February 2024.
Rachana has a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois.
