My co-author Raj Sisodia says it well, “Most of us die with our music still inside of us.”
In an interview he and I did for this week’s Everybody Matters podcast, Raj so eloquently explains that every human being is unique and extraordinary, but his or her potential is so rarely realized. Our workplaces, where we spend a good portion of our lives, provide an opportunity for people to realize their potential. As business leaders, we have a responsibility to create the conditions for the greatness of our team members to emerge.
That’s one of the main messages of our book, Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring For Your People Like Family.
You can hear from Raj and me on the podcast as we talk about how our book came to be and our hope for its impact on the world.
We don’t just need a new guide to leading in times of change or adversity. We need a complete re-think, a revolution. That’s what Everybody Matters is about. Join us in helping others see how it can be done.
