You might recall a year ago when an interview featuring my good friend Simon Sinek “went viral.”

Simon was, once again, answering the “Millennial Question.” He was addressing the stereotypes of this new generation in the workforce and offering advice to leaders who are apparently baffled by challenge of leading them.

I gave my thoughts in a post on LinkedIn. But it seems there’s still a hunger for more answers and discussion on the issue. To date, Simon’s video has more than 8 million views.

On this week’s episode of the Everybody Matters Podcast, two of our millennial teammates from the BW Leadership Institute (now Chapman & Co. Leadership Instituteread more here), Courtney Godfrey and Ania Sullivan address millennial stereotypes head on. In their conversation with Susan Conrad, BWLI Director of Outreach, they talk about their own experiences in the workplace and share ideas of how to better lead this new generation.
