ST. LOUIS — Aug. 19, 2025 — BW Packaging, Barry-Wehmiller’s packaging machinery
group, has announced its packaging machinery lineup for PACK EXPO, which will
be held in Las Vegas Sept. 29–Oct. 1. This
year, BW Packaging will feature many of its popular solutions and beloved
machinery brands, including Thiele for bag filling, Hayssen for flow wrapping and vertical form-fill-seal
bagging, Angelus for seaming and Pneumatic Scale|Angelus for craft
beverage canning lines at PACK EXPO Las Vegas booth

“We’re excited to reconnect with existing
customers and welcome new ones at PACK EXPO 2025 in Las Vegas — a premier gathering place to exchange ideas,
explore challenges and have meaningful dialogue with our customers,” said
Rachana Creeth, President of BW Packaging. “Such dialogue lays the groundwork
for enduring collaboration and lasting partnerships.”
For craft brewers, BW Packaging will exhibit
its Pneumatic Scale | Angelus CBR 12/3 Rotary Counter Pressure Canning System,
engineered for precision filling and seaming of cans at speeds up to 250 cans
per minute. Positioned nearby, the Angelus 12V Seamer
offers canned food and beverage producers high-speed seaming (400-1,800 CPM)
for cans with diameters between 200-300 mm.
A recurring PACK EXPO crowd pleaser, BW
Packaging will also bring its Hayssen ISB VFFS Bagger,
which now comes with an optional stainless steel motor for improved machine
hygiene. Ideal for cheese, fresh produce and individually quick frozen products,
the ISB is the industry-leading vertical form-fill-seal solution for consumer
packaged goods requiring a more intelligent, sanitary bagging solution.
In addition, the Hayssen R300 Flow Wrapper
will make its PACK EXPO Las Vegas debut, offering baked goods producers an
ideal solution for robust, hand-fed flow wrapping that maximizes uptime and
minimizes cleaning time.
BW Packaging will also exhibit the new Thiele UltraStar G2 Bagger,
whose predecessor has become a power horse solution for pet food and animal
feed producers throughout North America. Capable of filling and sealing bags at
speeds up to 38 bags per minute, this re-engineered Thiele bagger includes
several upgrades that enhance long-term productivity and reduce maintenance
costs.
Finally, each of BW Packaging’s machines will
feature the award-winning OpView™
human-machine interface. This user-friendly interface
empowers consumer packaged goods companies to overcome operational challenges
related to the scarcity of skilled labor.
Additional information on these solutions and
more can be found at BW Packaging’s PACK EXPO
exhibitor profile.
