From case packing and cartoning to bliss and tray and robotics, Thiele has equipment to handle a wide variety of carton and corrugate applications.

Thiele offers solutions for case erecting, tray forming and sealing, case/tray packing and handling, bundling, cartoning, poly bag inserters and uncuffers, as well as robotics integration. A team of professionals from Thiele will be available in Booth #C-1800 throughout the show to discuss the company’s complete range of product offerings.

Thiele is proud to announce the launch of its newest bagging machine, the DT Legacy (pictured). The machine is named in memory of Dick (Richard) Toft, a knowledgeable and much-loved applications engineer who spent over 45 years at Thiele and passed away in the Fall of 2014. The DT Legacy offers an automated solution for a process previously done manually by many Thiele customers. It automatically hangs and fills several types of bags at speeds up to 20 bags per minute. A large, easy-to-load magazine, automatic indexing, no-bag/no-product sensing and easy bag size adjustments are just a few of the features that this machine offers to minimize downtime and increase productivity.

In addition, Thiele’s Feeder product line is introducing its all-new TSF-1250 Packaging Series Streamfeeder, which provides unmatched performance and reliability. Building on over 25 years of experience, the all new TSF-1250 incorporates only the most innovative technologies in the marketplace today, providing the best solution at the best price. The TSF 1250 is ideal for all non-nested product feeding requirements including batch-counting, on-demand, and continuous feed into finishing machines including shrink-wrappers, flow-wrappers, cartoners, labelers, and much more.

In March of 2014, Thiele Technologies acquired Netherlands-based SYMACH. SYMACH’s unique palletizer blends traditional palletizing with robotics to create a hybrid that offers accurate stacking and flexibility to accommodate a variety of packages.
Hudson-Sharp, a Thiele Technologies company, offers complete design and manufacture of plastic bag-making machinery, pouch-making equipment and reclosable packaging solutions. It offers a full line of plastic film converting equipment to make a wide variety of plastic bags and pre-made pouch styles. The new 5750W High Speed Servo Wicketer with 20” wicket arms for larger bags is targeted for the hygiene market.
