We also have a responsibility to regularly complete required trainings, which reinforce our policies. Each year, any applicable policies and training tasks are shared to your Workday inbox—don’t forget to login to Workday and complete any required tasks by November 30! | | Protect your privacy by sharing less online | Nearly all apps collect details of your activities, and once you’ve shared information there, it’s no longer possible to control how it’s used. Therefore, think carefully before sharing personal details online. For instance, if a field is “optional,” don’t provide it (such as birthday or phone number). Consider turning off geolocation data for apps, social media posts, photos, and comments. Review privacy settings on the accounts you use regularly, and think about what should be public, hidden, or somewhere in-between. Before downloading a free app, consider how the vendor makes money.
