BW President Kyle Chapman selects "The 6 Types of Working Genius" as the 2023 Executive Meeting book

The focus of this year’s October Executive Meeting and FY24 is to continue unlocking the value of past investments while remaining focused on our Strategic Plan. A critical component in making this goal a reality is how we equip our leaders and team members with the tools to be successful in their roles while making sure the work they do is meaningful and fulfilling. Kyle selected “The 6 Types of Working Genius” by Patrick Lencioni because it offers a very practical approach to team leadership: defining your team’s Working Geniuses -- what people enjoy doing, not just what they are good at doing--and applying a productivity framework to quickly understand a team’s “genius” so that all can be “more fulfilled and successful,” and avoid being in roles that force “them to live within their frustrations.” Click the link below to understand your own “geniuses” through the Working Genius assessment and read Kyle’s complete review of the book.
