oneBW is a monthly newsletter designed to deliver information and inspiration to BW’s 12,000 team members around the globe. To read a web version in the language of your choice, click the link above. Do you have an idea for a story? Send it to bwcommunications@barry-wehmiller.com.

In early January, Barry-Wehmiller will conduct the Every Voice Matters culture assessment to gain a better understanding of our culture through the lens of our team members. The survey will be available to all team members except those within BW Forsyth Partners’ companies (who will participate at a future date). Packaging platform team members completed a culture assessment previously so they will receive a shorter survey this time.

Taking no more than 15 minutes to complete, the survey is a great way to provide honest and confidential feedback to help make our organization the best it can be for all of us. Every Voice Matters is being administered by a third-party partner, Leadership Effect, with support from Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute, to ensure no one at BW has access to the responses of any specific team member.

Make your voice heard and help us increase our capacity for caring across the organization by completing the survey beginning January 9, 2023. Watch your inbox and/or bulletin boards for the link, or QR code, and details.
