Design Group (DG) in Chennai, India has a tradition of hosting an annual event called Impetus that serves as a professional forum for India region team members to gather and participate in fun activities such as games, skits, dancing, friendly competitions and more. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the celebration was on hold for several years—until now!

Recently, over 150 team members from Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Pune, participated and competed in the various Impetus events. Jay Gopinath, DG Partner and Director of the India Region, said it was "exciting to see the vibrancy in the office along with the rapport and the competitive spirit of the various participating teams" and the successful event "served as an excellent platform to recognize professionals for their contributions" and "build relationships with one another."

Documentary about BW is semi-finalist in film festivals

In February, we shared that a former Sesame Street actor turned documentary producer visited BW Papersystems in Phillips, Wisconsin (USA) and captured in a short documentary that care, collaboration, empathy and dignity can exist in business. The film is now getting noticed as a semi-finalist at the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival Awards and the Sacramento World Film Festival. UKRAINE UPDATE

BW team members have donated $26,229 to help people of Ukraine

BW partnered with International Medical Corps this year as a way for team members to contribute to Ukraine relief efforts. As of August 24, 187 team members have donated a total of $26,229.53. Thank you to all who have donated. What generosity!

All donations were, and continue to be, generously matched up to $50,000 by Bob and Cynthia Chapman. Team members can still donate HERE.
